I used the store bought tonkatsu sauce by kikkoman with the chicken and served with brown rice topped with a little gomaiso (salt and sesame seasoning), and an asian coleslaw mix (i added a little sesame oil to it) that i got from the bagged vegetable section at the grocery store, its just shreded napa cabbage with a little carrot and celery. I always found assembly lines easier when making this type of food. After this set up just use a fork to dip the chicken in the flour, then the egg, then the crumbs. I then put a plate with paper towels on the other side of the heated oil pan. First bowl has flour, second bowl has beaten egg, and third bowl (the bigger one) has some panko bread crumbs. While the oil was heating I took out three bowls (two regular size, one big) and made an assembly line towards the heating oil. I then cut the halves in half again to make thin chicken tenders. I then used a wooden tenderizer and beat each side.

I put the halves inside a zip lock bag and pressed all of the air out before before sealing. I then seasoned with some garlic powder, blacl pepper, lemon pepper, and a little red pepper on each side. I used two chicken breast and cut them in half so the chicken would be thinner. I did change it up a bit to make it flavorful and easier. Thanks for the recipes and thanks for the improvement tips. I served the chicken strips with Spanish yellow rice, a dollop of sour cream and homemade sweet & sour sauce (under this recipe from reviewer TizzyLizz - delicious). I was also told this morning by my husband that they taste even better the next day. The outcome was so good that I ended up taking out another package of chicken and making the recipe all over again! By this morning, there were two-and-a-half strips left. I am soooo glad I did.I used the 3 eggs and 1/3 cup of water and I put in about 2 tablespoons each of garlic powder and onion powder as well as ground sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
COOK STOVE MADE MARION INDIANA FULL
But I decided to use the full one cup of hot sauce anyway. I like a little kick but am not interested in 'melt your mouth off' hot. I was leery about the amount of hot sauce used. I saw the review from "Cooking 101" and decided to try it her way since my family enjoys hot sauce. so I read through the reviews to see what suggestions had been made.
